'The King' is in the house!

Well...it really all started with these two.

They said that they had always wanted to see 'The Lion King'.

So we got the tickets...

(powdered our noses...)

and were all delighted with the wonderful show.

And I was delighted with this one.

Add the "Vanilla Yogurt Ice Cream"

from 'The Ultimate Ice Cream Book'.

Light the candles.

And wish your Momma the best 75th Birthday!

(Isn't she a beautiful birthday girl?!?!)

Editor's Notes: No animal was hurt in the making of this party. But the editor felt that she should let you know that what she didn't photograph was the unswept floors, the uncleaned bathrooms, and the undusted furniture throughout the entire house. FUNdraiser Part One

Today was the big Garage Sale!

Okay...maybe not big, but packed with love!

Ally sold donuts-

and even had her own "Ally's Dress Shop"!

But nobody wanted the

Christmas Tree...yet.

But with our stuff plus loads of sweet friend stuff,

we came away with $227 towards our trip.

YAHOO YIPPEE!!!!!

We're Getting Ready...

Today was the day.

The day of needles...

filled with many vaccines...

all injected into little daughter arms and big daddy arms.

We are getting ready...

well, almost everybody.

My nephew said that it was going to snow last night.

I called him a liar.

I'm having a slice of :cold: humble pie for breakfast.

Katie has a new ::love::

It's called Marimba, and she's smitten.

Raindrops keep fallin'...on Boulder!

I've been seeing all of the posts from my Colorado friends talking about

cold, and snow, and more cold.

They weren't lying.

But neither the cold nor the rain kept us from downtown Boulder...

nor posing for photos on the rat statue...

nor taking in cool scenes....

nor enjoying beautiful Spring flora...

nor finding possible homes "For Rent"....

Okay...we're not moving...but it sure is beautiful here.

CUT IT OUT...or off...

The time had come.

Actually, the warm weather had come, and Ally wasn't happy about it.

So off to the stylist we went.

And off went the hair.

8 inches going to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths ...

Oh...and we ended up in Denver last night.

That will teach Ally to stop cutting her hair! ;)
