Luck of the Irish

The girls had been anxiously awaiting St. Patrick's Day...
as every green dish, plate, teacup and bowl flew out of the cupboards.
The table was set, the green pancakes were made, and they were feeling quite lucky!

But they didn't know that the luck of the Irish was mine....
as I am so very lucky to have them.

Does that make you just green with envy?

Day 4 Celebration

Guess why they call it Gatorland? Nope. It's because they have a lot of gators.

Little gators.
Big gators.
Head chomping gators.

Duh. Like I'm really that silly.
But the emus. The emus can't kill us. We like emus.
And then there is the city of Celebration, Florida, which we found on accident because I had to mail letters to my friend and the Netflix.

Today.
No fights. No cranky kids. No airline tickets to buy again.
Yes...today was a day of Celebration.

The only thing missing? We were SOOOOOO thirsty.
Guess we should've brought our gator-ade.

Day 1 and 3...

Day 1: Flew out of Long Beach Airport. What a swell airport. Where else do you get to actually walk out on the tarmac to board the plane?

Day 2: We won't talk about this day. The combination of sleeplessness, jet-lag, and a very fine fight ... spousal discussion, made this a day to, well, not talk about. Enough said.

Day 3: The girls and I took on Epcot...

But at the end of the day...Epcot won.
